The world's most famous ice hotel. The world's first ice hotel, founded in 1989. It is rebuilt every year from ice and snow from the Torne River. There is both a seasonal version (melts in the spring) and a permanent one with cooling. Inside there is an ice bar, chapel, art rooms.

Kemi, Finland

Located near the Gulf of Bothnia. Part of the SnowCastle of Kemi complex. Ice sculptures, a bar, a chapel, even a snow gallery. Can be combined with an icebreaker cruise.

Near the Arctic Circle, in the 'residence of Santa'. A real snow town with a restaurant, sauna and spa. There are also glass igloos nearby for viewing the Northern Lights.
